Below are the steps to get started.

Step 1: Solar Consultation

For large energy users, we begin the process by collecting some information about the site and the average electrical energy consumption needs. Other details include your roof material, size of the site and major electrical loads onsite. Our solar consultants may schedule a time to visit the site and conduct a complete evaluation of the roof structure, orientation, available open space & overall solar exposure.

This site evaluation usually takes 3-4 hours to perform. It allows our consultants to collect enough information on the site and energy needs, in order to generate a comprehensive proposal for a viable solar power system on the site.

Step 2: Proposal

Sunway Power will prepare a detailed proposal for your solar power project, including full financial analysis, annual cost savings and payback calculations. The proposal also includes an initial design mock-up to show you how the solar system will look on your site.

Step 3: System Design

Our design engineering team will proceed to custom design your solar power system based on your site’s unique architecture and electrical needs. Sunway Power works with the latest solar technology to design efficient and reliable solar power systems. Our project managers oversee the entire process including design, permits, construction and inspections.

Step 4: Installation

Once materials have been procured, our professional installation teams will build your system according to our high engineering standards. We will work with you to ensure there is minimal disruption to your facility. Large institution installation times range from 1 to 8 weeks depending on system size and complexity. We will provide you with the electrical and structural blueprints of the new solar system along with all owner’s manuals, warranties and instructions on monitoring the system’s performance.

Step 5: System Monitoring & Service

Sunway Power offers ongoing monitoring of your solar system to ensure smooth operation. We will also provide you with system service options, in order to have our service technicians provide regular maintenance and service, ensuring that your system is always running at peak efficiency.
